Because we are out walking dogs and giving belly rubs, the most efficient way to contact us is via email. Please send us an email to make a reservation. Once we enter your requested dates we will send a confirmation via email so you can review for accuracy.
Short Notice Reservations:
Please note that we are only able to service clients within the city limits of Lawrence.
New Client Reservations
We will initially come to your home to meet you and your pets and do a new client consultation and gather all necessary information for your pet and home care. At that time we will also have you sign the contract and collect two copies of your house key or garage code.
We will then send you a confirmation of the requested dates via email. Closer to the scheduled visits, we will send a reconfirmation to make sure everything is still the same.
Due to the amount of time required to meet with you and set everything up in our system, there is a minimum one week (5 business days) for new clients.
We request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a reservation. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $25 fee will be assessed. If you return from your trip before the date stated, we request notification of at least 24 hours, otherwise no refund or credit will be made.
Holiday cancellations: Note there is a minimum two weeks’ notice for cancellation during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and Spring Break. During these busy times, reservations canceled with less than two weeks’ notice will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
